Professionally, Shelby started in real estate in June of 2015. Fresh out of college with a business degree she had no idea what would await her. Over the years Shelby has led a team, educated many agents as a mentor and trainer, hosted fundraising events and has even served on local and state Realtor boards. Now, as she continues her real estate career she is also achieving her other goals by running her business consulting company, growing her networking group, working on her non-profit and book & up leveling her education. She prides herself on failing forward and taking what she's learned to pour into others and grow them.
